Ordering & Payment Policies
• Photos of products are a representation of the item you will receive and may or may not be the actual item that you receive. Please refer to the photos of a product as an indicator of the general quality of the item and review the product page for any additional details regarding the condition of the item.
•Prices update every minute for bullion products (and various other products), therefore all prices are not guaranteed until checkout is fully complete (prices will update even in checkout, therefore we recommend you complete checkout as soon as possible).
•We reserve the right to reject or accept any order.
•We reserve the right to refuse an order if the quoted price of the item is incorrect due to system, technical, or typographical error.
•Once an order is placed through midamericacoins.com, you have entered a legally binding agreement. Once your order is confirmed with a confirmation number, you may not cancel your order without being subject to our cancellation policy.
•A minimum order requirement of $1,000 applies to bank wire payments. You will receive a 4% discount off your order subtotal if you pay with a bank wire transfer.
•Payment must be submitted in full within 1 business day for bank wire payments, or if it is a check then it must be postmarked within 1 business day or we may, at our discretion, cancel your order and implement the conditions of our cancellation policy.
•All personal, bill pay, or business checks are held a minimum of 10 business days. When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. Due to recent changes in privacy laws, banks cannot provide verification of funds, which has led to longer personal check processing times. Due to these changes, if there are insufficient funds in your account, we will not find out until the fifth business day. We therefore have to wait until the sixth business day to process orders paid by personal check. If you deem this unacceptable, please take advantage of electronic or bank wire payment options. Most banks offer bank wire processing through any branch location. See your local bank for further details on wiring procedures.
•All orders paid by paypal, credit card, or bank wire are put into order processing queue immediately.
•Backorders typically take 1-2 days longer to fulfill, but may take longer depending on the circumstances.
•Packages returned and are not claimed within 60 days from the date of purchase will be refunded 90% of the subtotal.
